Service Technician

Piedmont Hoist & Crane, Inc. currently has immediate openings for qualified personnel to perform inspections, testing and overhead crane maintenance. Duties Include:

Annual crane & hoist inspections and testing
Preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
Accurate recording on all required documentation

Qualified Applicants Should Have The Following:

Prior crane maintenance experience a plus
Electrical troubleshooting abilities for magnetic and VFC control systems
Ability to work well with others and communicate findings with end users
Mechanical aptitude
No fear of heights and a good driving record
Availability to work on-call, overtime and weekends
